Save time and money by cutting these files out locally. You can cut this design out using 1/4″ thick steel for the bottom and 10 gauge or 3/16″ for the overlay. These are the DXF files that we use to cut our hold downs, these are not the metal pieces. This is only a .DXF file to be used in a CAD program. It must be turned into G-Code by your CNC metal cutter. It can be cut using Plasma, Water Jet or Laser.

– DXF files nested in a in 4×4 format. (We use 4×4 sheets because they are easier to handle and we do not lose much area during nesting.)
– Individual DXF files for each part.
– DXF files will all be sorted and named appropriately within 1 zip file.

Specifications:

  • 2 Battery Hold Down: Measures 16″ in width. The recommended external width of the battery tray should be 14″. Hole dimensions are 0.5″ x 0.75″.
  • 3 Battery Hold Down: Measures 22.5″ in width. The recommended external width for the battery tray should be 20.5″. Hole dimensions are 0.5″ x 0.75″.
  • 4 Battery Hold Down: Measures 29.75″ in width, The recommended external width of the battery tray should be 27.75″. Hole dimensions are 0.5″ x 0.75″.
