Shipping Process:

• Receive Quote: We send you a shipping quote via email based on the details you provide. Usually quotes are provided within 24 hours (Monday – Friday – 9am to 5pm EST)
• Approve Quote & Pay: Confirm your acceptance of the quote and proceed with payment through CashApp or Zelle. No other payment methods are accepted due to fraudulent transactions. All shipments are prepaid. We will provide you with a BOL (Bill of Lading) that you need to print out for the driver at pickup.
• Tracking Updates: We ensure you receive tracking updates via a PRO NUMBER, Links will be updated when the shipment is transferred to a new carrier. Which is common with pallets, freight, and LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments.
• Other Info: Benefit from our nationwide accounts that allows us to offer discounts on your shipping costs. We do not blast your info to 100 companies! You are dealing with us directly! We treat your shipment like its our own.
